My name is Gyan. I created these programs based on years of observations with clients along with my own personal experience with weight loss and fitness. You see, I was the "husky" child who became the "big boned" teen and then the obese adult. When I started my weight loss and fitness journey, I didn't have anything like these creative and interesting workouts available to me. I still use these workouts on a daily basis to help me maintain my fitness and numerous clients have used these workouts to change the way they look and feel. No doubt, it takes hard work. With these workouts to get you started and the support we offer here at Proactive Evolution by way of our other programs, along with you taking action "today after today", we know you'll be successful in losing weight, built lean muscle, improving your mobility, stability, strength and confidence. You'll decrease depression and anxiety and feel great!
