The Catch!So, you're probably asking "what's the catch"? Well, there is none!
These workouts are all 10 minute long bodyweight workouts that you can perform anywhere. Whether it's in your living room, bedroom, dorm, park, gym, or hotel room. They utilize one the most highly effective forms of exercise known as Metabolic Conditioning, which uses exercises that target multiple muscles at the same time. By progressively increasing the intensity of your workouts, you'll get your blood pumping, and that feel-good sensation when you are working toward something you see as valuable, attainable and desirable. And, you'll be building lean muscle, while burning fat.
